Output dimensions
At 300 DPI, 50×70 mm converts to approximately 591×827 pixels. The tool preserves this ratio and places only the number of copies that physically fit on a 4×6 canvas.
50×70 is not one document standard
Several documents may use the same outer dimensions while applying different face heights, backgrounds, studio requirements and submission routes. This generic page intentionally does not apply Canada’s 31–36 mm face rule.
Important Canada distinction
Canadian printed passport photos must be taken in person by a commercial photographer or studio and professionally printed. Use the dedicated Canada reference page to understand those restrictions; do not treat this generic crop as a substitute.
