Correction requests
Use the subject “Correction request” and quote the exact statement. We prioritize reports that could cause an application error. Confirmed material corrections are reflected in the content review date according to our Editorial Policy.
Tool support
The tool runs entirely in the browser, so useful bug reports include image format and approximate file size—but not the image itself. We cannot recover a photo or generated sheet after you close the page because files are not uploaded to our server.
What we cannot provide
We cannot pre-approve an application photo, give immigration or legal advice, contact an embassy on your behalf, or guarantee that a government will accept a photo. For an application-specific decision, contact the authority receiving it.
Response time
This is a small independent project rather than a staffed government help desk. We aim to review messages, but cannot promise an individual response or a fixed turnaround time.
